If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, here’s our simple Return & Exchange process.
Return or Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Each order is eligible for only one Return/Exchange.
Refunds are provided as store credit only (valid for 6 months).
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags & packaging.
Items without tags or with visible use will not be accepted.
Pickup is done within 2–3 days of the approved request.
If your pincode has no pickup service, you must self-ship the product.
Mandatory: Please take clear photos of the package or record an unboxing video to claim physical damage or missing items.
You can cancel your order only before it is shipped.
If canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
Raise a return request through your ThaathasClothing account within 7 days.
After we receive the product, our team will do a quality check.
Once approved, store credit will be issued for the product value (excluding shipping charges or discounts).
Store credit can be used fully on your next purchase and is valid for 6 months.
No money refund is provided unless the product is damaged and the replacement is unavailable.
Raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
A pickup will be arranged. Ensure original packing and invoice are included.
After quality approval, we will ship your replacement product.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If delivery partners don’t service your pincode, a full bank refund will be issued.
